You need to know when the first customer was unhappy – or when the assembly line first started making bad product – find out why, and stop any further damage from occurring.
Dig deep, get to the root cause, find the culprit, and get it out of your process. Find out what your customers really want and spend your resources doing that. Your business processes – design, production, delivery, billing, and service – will all be more effective. An effective business is a good one.
